Are you a Sous Chef looking to be part of a dynamic team at one of the best Business Clubs in Calgary? Our Sous Chef position is a salaried position that assists the Executive Chef with managing all aspects of the kitchen; planning, directing and evaluating the purchasing, food production, presentation for member meal service with a strong lead in Catering & Events for the Club. The Sous Chef ensures that the standards of customer service, safety, quality and performance are maintained as directed by the Executive Chef.
